West Virginia - March 2022

This was a trip for me that came during a time of huge transition. I finally found a career - or so I thought. I turned 22 and my life finally felt like it was just beginning, but things don’t always go to plan. I feel the theme of “uneasiness” being present throughout this series of photographs. Reflecting the “new world” I was going to be facing in regard to this career and direction in life. An unfamiliar turn, one full of promises of stability, growth, and happiness. But the truth is, I think you’re only able to take one of those choices at a time.
